A course by

Our programs meet for sixteen weeks each fall and spring semesters,  so that they can practice the classical tools of learning with 4 hours of academic content.   The students at-home and community day assignments are laid out for each program in our online(printable) lesson planner.   All students are to read, research and practice at home 4 days a week and come to community prepared for public speaking, discussion, debate, and experiments 1 day a week.   Most students will average 4 hrs a day doing coursework with our program.

About Course

In our Rhetorical 1 level of study, students will engage in classroom conversations, raising questions and reasoning their way through complex equations. Inquisitive minds ask the right questions and methodically seek answers. Genuine understanding and sharp argumentation stem from critical reasoning skills. Additionally, students will focus practicing the art of persuasive writing through the study of literature, considering both sides of an issue through a "should question" related to the action of a character from their assigned reading. With step-by-step instruction, students will learn to craft persuasive essays.
