You Started Homeschooling to Give Your Kids More.
Not to Burn Yourself Out.

Most homeschool moms carry the full weight — planning every lesson, grading every assignment, figuring out how to teach subjects they never learned themselves. It works for a while. Then it doesn’t.

GCE was built for the moment you realize you need someone in your corner.

Before GCEPlanning every lesson from scratch. Feeling guilty when you fall behind. Unsure if your child is actually learning.
With GCEA clear 30–32 week plan, laid out for you. A mentor teaching the hard stuff. A child who’s genuinely engaged.
Before GCETrying to teach logic and rhetoric to a teenager when you never studied it yourself.
With GCEExpert mentors lead live weekly discussions. You support — you don’t have to lead everything.

What “Classical Education” Actually Means

GCE follows the Trivium — a time-tested framework that trains kids not just what to think, but how to think. It maps to how the mind naturally develops at each age.

Real Moms. Real Results.

★★★★★
“Our family is so blessed to have found GCE. I have 2 children in the Rhetoric class, 1 in Dialectic, and 2 in Grammar, and it has been a game changer. They come alongside me in my homeschool journey — and there is no guilt if we change something to fit our family.”
— Laura T., GCE Parent
★★★★★
“My son started GCE this year at 15 and it has been a great transition. He likes that he can be more independent since each week is clearly laid out. He really enjoys the weekly Zoom meetings with his mentor. Overall we are very pleased with GCE!”
— Alica S., GCE Parent
★★★★★
“Of all the high school curriculum and co-ops we’ve tried, this one is the best. It lays everything out so well. The workload isn’t overwhelming and the mentors are TOP NOTCH.”
— Janelle J., GCE Parent

Real Educators. Real Experience.

Bonnye McCoy

Lead Classical Educator

Bonnye holds a Master’s in Education and brings over 20 years of teaching experience to GCE — including nearly a decade specializing in classical instruction. She built this program because she kept seeing the same gap: families who wanted real academic depth but couldn’t find a mentor-led program flexible enough for their lives.

Our mentors don’t just assign work — they get to know your child by name, learn their strengths, and walk with them through the whole year.

Before You Sign Up — What Parents Ask Most.

We’ve never done classical education before. Can we still join?

Absolutely. Many GCE families start with no background in classical ed at all. The program is designed so you can jump in at any stage — and our mentors walk with both you and your child through the process.

How many hours per week does this actually take?

Grammar students meet live for 2 hours twice a week, plus 1–2 hours of independent work on other days. Dialectic and Rhetoric students meet for 4 hours once a week, plus independent work at home. No daily lesson planning for mom.

How many students are in each mentor group?

We keep groups small — typically 6 to 10 students per mentor, with a maximum of 12. Small enough that the mentor actually knows your child, big enough for real discussion.

Is GCE faith-based?

GCE is a Christian-founded program. Faith isn’t forced into every lesson, but our values shape how we teach and what we believe education is ultimately for. If faith is part of your family’s life, it’s part of ours too.

What does $1,200/year actually cover?

Live weekly mentor instruction, a complete 30–32 week curriculum guide, and a structured academic plan — one price, one complete year. No add-ons, no co-op fees, no campus. Books are purchased separately, but we give you a clear reading list so you know exactly what to buy
