Payment and Refund Policy for Get Classically Educated
Payment Policy
Program Fee: The total cost for the online classical homeschool program is $1,200. This Includes a 30 or 32 week curriculum Agenda, your Mentor, and 30 or 32 weeks of live classes.
Payment Options: Payments can be made in full or divided into installment payments, as selected during registration.
Payment Deadline: All payments must be completed by January 31st unless by special request which will be handled on a case by case basis. Any outstanding balances after January 31st may result in suspension or removal from the program.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods specified at registration.
Automatic Payments: If you chose an installment plan, automatic payments will be charged according to the schedule agreed upon at registration.
Refund Policy
Eligibility: Refund requests are accepted within the first 30 days after the program begins and are subject to a $75 processing fee.
Full Refund: A full refund (minus the $75 fee) will be issued if the request is made within the first 30 days and the participant has not accessed more than 25% of the course content.
Partial Refunds: Refunds after the initial 30 days are not available unless under special circumstances, which will be reviewed individually.
No Refunds After Deadline: No refunds will be issued after January 31st, regardless of participation.
Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please submit a written request to Info@getclassicallyEducated.com with the subject line “Refund Request” for further questions please call (813)-445-3319. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
Please Note: All program fees must be paid in full by January 31st. Failure to meet this deadline may result in removal from the program without a refund.
